Happy Throwback Thursday, everyone! This week, we bring you a crying Prince, a new kidney for a legend, the story of Ice, new music from someone Furious, and that new AD album. Also, Bill and Jamie end up ruining a segment by laughing so hard that they start crying. “What made that happen?”, you ask? Let’s listen.
Happy Throwback Thursday, everyone! This week, you guessed it, Bill is home alone again! This works out for everyone, because we get angry over the dumbest list, ever….and no one is around to hear it. Well, you are, now….but no one WAS around, how’s that? We bring you a ton of news, a One and Done that has Bill Hooked on Phonics, brand new music from Newcleus, and Bill Reads Lyrics turns into a PSA! What else? Let’s listen.
Happy Throwback Thursday, everyone! This week we find, throughout the course of the show, that we called a lot of people “bitch”. Pair that with our Record of the Week, and you get answers before you get the question. We have to do our first amended episode due to late breaking news. What else do we have on tap for you? Let’s listen.
Happy Throwback Thursday, everyone! This week, the boys sit down with one of their favorite people to talk with; Ahmen. It’s been over a year, so we get to catch up (and we get to World Premier some new music). What else? We’ve got beef. Lots of it! What am I talking about? Let’s listen…..
Happy Throwback Thursday, everyone! What in the hell is with THIS week’s title? Are we little people playing basketball? Are we in the National League and bunting a lot? Nay nay….we are talking about the opposite of whatever that Steven A Smith of a father LaVarBall is. Want to know more? Let’s listen…
When the Hot 97 concert, “Hot For The Holidays”, advertises Busta Rhymes and Friends….you had better think long and hard about who his “friends” may be. If you have been listening to our show, you know that Leaders of the New School have been in the studio. You also know that A Tribe Called Quest was on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. These are all things that should have been considered when wondering if one should attend “Busta Rhymes and Friends”.
I am one of those people who will show up to see a concert with all possibilities running through my mind. I will consider every person that has ever performed with the artist, every friend that I know that they have, anyone who could possibly show up during the concert and deliver that “oh shit” moment. Knowing what we know about Tribe and LONS, I would have considered this as an option, but not a realistic one. When I say that I think of all the possibilities, I also take in to consideration the odds that any of those people will show up. Normally, those odds are astronomical and more of a dream than a possibility. THIS show, turned out to defy all odds. If you had tickets to this show, you no doubt experienced that “oh shit” moment. For those of us who weren’t there…we will have to be happy with the video.
